They come in 4 sizes so could easily be made for the man of the house :))
I wasn't going to show this hat, much prefer the buttons. Crocheted one owl here, dc/sc eyes...
The yarn I have used has been Aus 8ply acrylic 4.50 hook.. for all 3 of these projects and am pleased with the outcome..
I have been over to The Hook Hound again and found there a pattern for owl fingerless gloves... Well you know what that means..LOL.. I have to have it..
Thats it till next time Thanks for stopping :))

Wow - you've been busy. The little owls on your projects are so cute. :)
I'm so happy to know that I'm not the only one currently OBSESSED with the owl patterns!!! I purchased the patterns for the slippers and finger-less gloves last week. Haven't tried them yet due to a combination or not enough time to crochet each day and being a little nervous that the patterns will be too hard - happy to hear that the slippers came together easily for you :-)
Great job on the owls, Pat! I love them. Those slippers are great. I didn't buy that pattern, and still have not made the one I did buy. I'm such a slacker. I ordered some special yarn to make an owl shawl, but when I got it a couple of days ago, it was not a color that was going to work. Only bad thing about buying yarn online unless you know the color. This one was too dark and just not what I want.
Love them all Pat.. I thought the little bag would be lovely as a gift, maybe with some nice hankies??
Hugs :)
i am so amazed at you creative abilities...and in awe...too many things going on right now to even attempt to learn to crochet at this stage....do you take orders and crochet for clients???? i am interested in 4 of those owl hats in different sizes and colours ???? contact me if you are???? love Nettie XXXX
SO CUTE!!! Love all the owls! ~tina
